Do you manage all the trades?
Yes. We coordinate every trade involved in your renovation — plumbing, electrical, tiling, waterproofing, carpentry, demolition, and more. You only deal with one point of contact: Jackson.
Do I need to move out during the renovation?
No. Most clients stay in their home during the renovation. We isolate the work area, manage dust, and keep disruption to a minimum.
Can you help with design and layout?
Absolutely. We guide you through layout options, fixtures, tiles, and finishes to ensure your bathroom is both functional and visually appealing.
Do you provide drawings or 3D visuals of the renovation?
Yes. we create SketchUp drawings to show the proposed design, layout, and spatial flow. These visuals help you make confident decisions before work begins.
Do you handle waterproofing and compliance?
Yes. All waterproofing is completed by licensed professionals and complies with Australian Standards. Quality control is a major focus for us throughout the entire renovation.
What if you find hidden issues behind the walls?
It’s common to uncover water damage, poor plumbing, or structural issues once demolition begins. If we find anything unexpected, we’ll show you exactly what we’ve uncovered, explain your options, and provide transparent pricing before any extra work is done.
Do I need termite treatment if concrete is cut during the renovation?
Yes. If we need to cut into the concrete slab for plumbing changes, Australian building standards require a termite barrier treatment before the slab is closed back up. We organise this as part of the renovation process and ensure it’s completed by a licensed professional.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. All workmanship and materials come with warranties in line with Australian regulations and manufacturer guidelines. We stand behind the quality of our work.
Can you work with my existing plumbing layout?
Yes. Keeping your current plumbing layout can reduce costs, but we can redesign it if you want a better flow, improved functionality, or a more modern layout.
